How does the free account work?
Sign up for a free account using your email and you will be able to trial our software for 30 days. There are no fees or credit cards required when you sign up for the free account!Â
What happens when my free trial ends?
When your trial ends you will be notified by email. You will then have the option to sign up for a monthly or yearly plan. If you decide not to go ahead that’s okay. In that case, we will store your your galleries for a further 30 days just incase you change your mind.
Am locked in to any contracts?
No, you are not locked in to any contracts. You can cancel your plan at any point.
Can I change my plan at any point?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your account at any point.Â
Can I trial the directory with the free plan?
Unfortunately not, the directory is part of our paid plans only.Â
Do you offer any discounts for yearly plans?
We sure do. Sign up for a yearly plan and you’ll receive a 20% discount.Â
Will my clients see any Rollareel branding?
Rollareel branding will only appear on free accounts. Our branding is removed when you sign up for a paid plan.
Do you offer a gallery migration service?
Yes we do. If you would like to transfer your exisiting galleries across from your current provider, please get in touch and let us know. Gallery migration is charged at $2.50 per gallery.
